Terms of use and participation.

1. About these terms

Workforce Asia Summit 2026 (the summit) is organised by Sentiva LLC (we, us, the organiser), a company registered at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #20742, Newark, Delaware 19702, United States. These terms apply to this website, to registration of interest and partnership enquiries made through it, and to attendance at the summit. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site and do not attend.

Registration for the summit is not yet open. When it opens, tickets will be sold under separate delegate terms covering fees, payment, cancellation and refunds. Where those delegate terms conflict with these terms, the delegate terms will prevail in respect of your ticket.

2. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the date at the top will be revised. You will be subject to the terms in force at the time you use the site, submit a form or register to attend, so please check this page before doing any of those things.

3. Using this website

You may view, use and share this site for personal or internal business purposes.

We publish this site to be found, so we permit automated access to it. You may crawl and index it, and you may use its content for text and data mining and to train, fine-tune, ground or evaluate search, machine learning and artificial intelligence systems, provided you access it in accordance with our robots directives and attribute the summit as the source where your output identifies one. This permission covers the site’s published text and data. It does not extend to the Workforce Asia Summit name, wordmark or logo, or to any photograph, video or other media, which remain subject to section 4.

You may not:

• access the site in a way that degrades its performance or availability for others, or that ignores our robots directives;
• republish the site, or a substantial part of it, as a standalone or competing publication, or present our content as your own;
• present our content in a way that is misleading, or that implies an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist;
• interfere with the security or proper operation of the site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it; or
• submit false information through any form on this site, or submit information about another person without their knowledge.

4. Content and intellectual property

The Workforce Asia Summit name, wordmark, site design, text and graphics belong to Sentiva LLC or its licensors. Except as section 3 permits, you may not reproduce, republish or use the material commercially without written permission. Nothing in section 3 grants any right to use the Workforce Asia Summit or Sentiva names, wordmarks or logos.

Views expressed by speakers, partners, exhibitors and other contributors are their own. They are not endorsed by the organiser, and we accept no responsibility for the accuracy of content contributed by them, whether published on this site or presented at the summit.

5. Links to other sites

This site links to websites operated by others, including our organiser, partners and social platforms. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.

6. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but content is provided as it stands and may change. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and information published here does not constitute professional advice.

7. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this site, and personal information we collect at the summit, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Registering interest

Registering your interest is not a ticket, a booking or a guarantee of a place. It tells us you would like to receive updates about the summit, including speaker announcements and registration information when it opens.

Attendance is curated. When registration opens, places will be subject to separate terms, availability and confirmation by the organiser. We may decline any registration, acting reasonably, including where a place would not fit the balance of seniority, function, sector or market that the summit is designed to bring together.

9. Partnership and exhibitor enquiries

Submitting a partnership enquiry does not create a partnership or any binding commitment on either side. Any partnership, sponsorship or exhibition arrangement will be governed by a separate written agreement. The organiser may decline any enquiry at its discretion.

10. Age and eligibility

The summit is a professional event for adults. You must be 18 or over to register or attend, unless you are attending under our student programme, in which case attendance must be arranged through your university or institution, and anyone under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian and a supervising adult nominated by that institution.

11. Programme changes, postponement and cancellation

The programme, speakers, format, timings and venue arrangements are subject to change. We will publish updates on this site where practical.

We may reschedule, relocate or cancel the summit where circumstances reasonably require it, and will communicate any such change to registered contacts. This includes where we are prevented from holding the summit as planned by an event beyond our reasonable control, such as act of God, fire, flood, extreme weather or earthquake; epidemic, pandemic or public health emergency; war, terrorism, riot, civil unrest, curfew or a declared state of emergency; strike or industrial action; failure or interruption of power, fuel, water, transport or telecommunications; closure of the venue, of the airport or of airspace; or compliance with any law, government order, regulation, direction or travel restriction.

Because no registration fee is currently payable, no refund arises under these terms. When ticketing opens, the delegate terms will set out what happens to fees you have paid if the summit is changed, postponed or cancelled, and those provisions will be your sole remedy.

12. Attending the summit

While at the venue you must comply with the venue’s rules and with the reasonable instructions of summit staff, venue staff and security. We and the venue may carry out bag and security checks as a condition of entry, and may refuse entry to anyone who declines them or who is carrying prohibited items.

Your badge is personal to you. It must be worn and visible at all times at the venue, and may not be shared, lent, transferred or resold. We may ask you to produce photographic identification, and may refuse entry or require you to leave if it does not match your badge.

You are responsible for your own belongings. We accept no liability for loss of, theft of or damage to personal property brought to the venue.

You should arrange your own travel and medical insurance appropriate to your circumstances, including cover for cancellation, curtailment, personal accident and medical expenses. We do not maintain insurance covering attendees for these risks. If you have a medical condition, allergy, accessibility requirement or dietary requirement that we should know about, please tell us in advance at summit@sentiva.ai so that we can try to accommodate it; requirements notified late may not be possible to meet.

13. Travel, visas and entry to Sri Lanka

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you can attend, including holding a valid passport, obtaining any visa or electronic travel authorisation required for entry to Sri Lanka, and meeting any other entry, health or travel requirement. You should allow sufficient time for any application.

On request, and once your attendance is confirmed, we may provide a letter confirming your registration to support a visa application. Such a letter is confirmation of attendance only. It is not an invitation, a sponsorship or any guarantee that a visa will be granted, and we are not responsible if a visa is refused, granted too late, or if you are otherwise unable to travel.

Travel and accommodation are your own arrangements and at your own cost and risk. Cancelling or changing your attendance does not cancel your travel or accommodation bookings, which remain your responsibility.

14. Conduct at the summit

The summit is a professional forum, and this section applies to everyone taking part — attendees, speakers, partners, sponsors, exhibitors and their staff, media, volunteers and our own team. It applies at the venue, at any associated social event, and in any online space we run for the summit.

Everyone taking part is expected to treat others with respect. The following are not acceptable: harassment or intimidation of any kind; discriminatory or demeaning comments relating to age, disability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, nationality, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation; unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention; sexual or violent imagery; threats; stalking or following; publishing another person’s private information; sustained disruption of a session; and continuing one-to-one contact with someone after being asked to stop.

If you experience or witness any of this, please tell any member of the summit team, who can be identified by their badge, or email summit@sentiva.ai. On the day, the people responsible for handling reports are named in the programme and at the registration desk, and that inbox is monitored throughout the event. If your concern is about a member of the summit team, a partner, or anyone at Sentiva LLC, say so and it will be passed to a director of Sentiva LLC who is not involved.

We will treat reports seriously and confidentially so far as we reasonably can, and will aim to respond during the event on the same day. We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Depending on what we find, we may take any step we consider appropriate, including a warning, requiring an apology, requiring someone to leave a session, removing them from the summit, excluding them from future events, informing their employer or institution, or, where warranted, reporting the matter to the authorities. We may also refuse admission to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or discriminatory, who breaches these terms or the venue’s rules, or who we reasonably believe presents a security or safety risk. Where someone is refused entry or removed on these grounds, no refund of any fee will be due. If you consider a decision under this section was wrong, you may write to summit@sentiva.ai and it will be reviewed by a director of Sentiva LLC who was not involved in making it.

15. Photography, filming and recording

The summit will be photographed, filmed and recorded throughout. Attending is a condition of being recorded: if you do not wish to appear in photography or video, please do not attend.

By attending, you grant Sentiva LLC a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to record, reproduce, edit, publish, broadcast and otherwise use your image, likeness, voice, name, job title and organisation as captured at the summit, in any medium now known or later developed. We may use that material to report on and promote the summit and future editions of it, and to market Sentiva and its products and services. This licence is granted without any further approval from you and without any payment to you, and you waive any claim arising from such use.

We do not rely on your consent for this, so there is no consent for you to withdraw. Our basis for processing this material is our legitimate interest in reporting on, promoting and building the summit, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may take photographs and short video for your own social media use, but you may not live stream any session, record more than 45 continuous seconds of any single session, or make any commercial or broadcast recording, without our prior written permission. We may require unauthorised recordings to be deleted. Other attendees and members of the media will also be taking photographs and video at the summit; we do not control them and accept no responsibility for material they capture or publish.

In exceptional circumstances — for example where appearing in published material would put your personal safety at risk — you may write to summit@sentiva.ai before the summit. We will consider such requests and may agree to take reasonable steps, but we are under no obligation to do so and this does not give you a right to opt out of this section.

16. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your attendance at the summit.

We are also not liable for any cost or expense you incur in connection with attending, including travel, accommodation, visa and subsistence costs, if the summit is changed, postponed, relocated or cancelled, or if you are unable to attend for any reason. This applies whether or not such costs would otherwise be treated as direct loss, and it is why section 12 asks you to arrange your own insurance.

Subject to the first paragraph of this section, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these terms, this site and the summit is limited to the total fees, if any, that you have paid to us in connection with the summit.

17. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in force. A delay or failure by us in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms; we may assign ours to a group company or to a successor to the summit. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any delegate terms that apply to your ticket, form the whole agreement between us in relation to the summit. Notices to us should be sent to summit@sentiva.ai, and notices to you will be sent to the email address you gave us.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you have a complaint, please raise it with us first at summit@sentiva.ai. We will acknowledge it within five business days and try to resolve it with you in good faith before either of us starts proceedings. Nothing in this section prevents either of us from seeking urgent interim relief from a court.
